The entire home and yard is yours for the duration of your stay. We provide bike racks, a wagon, tennis rackets and pool floats for you to enjoy.

The home spans approximately 2,300 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master and guest bathrooms feature walk-in showers. A baby bathtub is available to families traveling with infants.

There is a spacious main living area connected to the kitchen and a more formal living area connected to a formal dining room. The master and guest bedrooms both have desks with office chairs, making the home perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

The home is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Highlights include luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen, games, baby supplies, and various recreational equipment such as pool supplies, tennis rackets and balls, a weight rack, yoga mats, and bike racks.

For outdoor enjoyment, there are several seating areas. The master bedroom has french doors that open to a private back-yard patio. The children and guest rooms upstairs both having sliding glass doors opening to an upper level balcony with rocking chairs. In the back yard, there is also a full living room area and dining area that seats 6. These spaces are equipped with a large, tilting umbrella to provide shade and comfort.

The backyard gate opens to a walking path that leads directly to the community pools and tennis courts.
