Welcome to your desert retreat at Birdie House. This immaculate and spacious 2180 ft(2) home is in the gated Los Saguaros community. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an RV garage, a putting green - and spectacular views. From the front porch you’ll have a view of Saguaro National Park West and from the back patio the Tortolita Mountains and the 9th Tee of the Gallery South Golf Course.

Upon entering, the first thing you’ll notice are the hummingbird photographs in the entry hallway. All of the art decorating Birdie House walls are of wild Arizona birds photographed by the owners. The entry hall will lead you into a kitchen with sparkling white Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a useful kitchen desk next to the coffee bar. The nearby laundry room features a large-capacity washer and dryer, a clothes steamer, and a full-size ironing board and iron.

Adjoining the kitchen, the main living area is tiled in porcelain with sliding glass doors that open to the patio. Two Italian leather couches provide comfort to enjoy streaming internet TV or the colorful flames of a wall-mounted electric fireplace. A large coffee table holds brochures and pamphlets with suggestions of places for you to check out during your stay. A nearby bookcase offers good reads, local lore, puzzles, and cards. The farm-house style dining table has five comfortable padded chairs and a large padded bench. If needed, a table extension is stored in the master bedroom closet.

Watch your favorite streaming TV shows from the king-size bed in the master suite or grab a book and relax in the large comfy chair and ottoman. The adjoining his and her master bath is surrounded by white Corian countertops and a large glass-enclosed shower with both a wall-mounted and a rainfall showerhead. An extra-large walk-in closet will store all of your luggage and clothing. Queen-size second and third bedrooms feature woven leather headboards, colorful bedspreads, comfy blankets, sitting chairs, and plenty of closet space. The second bath, located between the two bedrooms, has two sinks surrounded with white Corian counters and a bathtub with shower.

Enjoy the warmer winter days in the desert-landscaped backyard. Watch the golfers, or at your leisure, practice on the putting green and chipping pad. Putters and golf balls are provided. On the patio is a table with four chairs and a gas grill. A second paved patio area is perfect for lounging in the sun or evening stargazing. The tandem RV garage is HUGE, with epoxy flooring and will easily accommodate your vehicle. Please consult with us if you have an RV.
