This 2494 sq ft home offers charm and it is the ultimate vacation for families. Enjoy the simplicity of the home, a foosball table and comfortable bedrooms! Private access to McDonald Park, 15 mins to Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon, Agua Caliente Park, 55 mins to Mount Lemmon and 25 mins from U of A and Downtown!



The Space:

No Cats Allowed!



We provide you some starter amenities to help your stay as well as complimentary bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



Dogs: Add to reservation (up to 2 dogs allowed) No cats!



Pool & Spa Heating fee: $75 per day, please inquire the heater is working before you book.. Spa only $25 a day.

POOL: 5ft in the middle of the pool, no diving. Children must be monitored at all times and while in the water. The pool and spa share the heater, only one can be heated at a time. We need 3 days advance notice to heat the pool.

Getting Around:

It is best to drive, uber, or rent a car to explore Tucson. Bring your bikes! Tucson is a friendly biking city.

the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. we heat the pool first and then when you're ready for the spa we switch it over.



No USPS mail allowed unless delivered to the front door. Amazon packages, FedEx and UPS can be delivered to the front door.
