"We have been coming to this Marriott property annually to visit our grandchildren and when we arrived, they said the pool was closed for deep cleaning when in fact it was a broken pump and every day we were told was being fixed and never was until our last night there. They had a note on the pool saying due to anyone inconvenience please ask at the front desk for special accommodations. "The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...

"Parking was easy and secure. Hotel room was dirty, linen was dirty on the beds. Only two towels were given. When we arrived card machine wasn’t working and took them 1 hour to open one of the rooms we reserved: note we didn’t get a card so we couldn’t just leave. My feet were black from all the floors not being cleaned, the tub had hairs, we found a small roach by the bed and restroom. The toilet didn’t flush we had to fill up the trashcan with water to make the toilet flush the staff were rude...

"The stay was okay but instead of getting a king bed ended up getting a full size bed and no towels in the bathroom and the TV remote didn't work and no channels worked I wish there was a way to get a free night because I stayed there the night before and the room was awesome but this one was nothing close I was going to make a complain but I was done for the night I just wanted to sleep so you think I deserve a free night after paying and not causing a scene "

"I had a great experience from the couple that runs the motel. My car broke down and they were very understanding of my problem and allow me to get a mechanic fix my car in their parking lot. Very pleasant experience and the room was extremely clean!!"

"We have never in our 20 years of travelling in USA have had such a positive experience. The inn have 7 Roms were the owner Amy really have worked with the details. Big cozy Living area and patio for all the guests. In addition the service is also 5 stars. Delicious breakfast, free happy hour every day. We really enjoyed the 2 nights stay and clearly recommend this is a must stay if you are near of Tucson. No hotel can match this experience. Thanks a lot to our two hosts. Wauw"

"We stayed here at this hotel passing through going from San Diego to East Arizona. The parking was free, easy and safe, the hotel was really nice, spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and very pilote. The wi-fi work very well - stabil and fast. There was free dinner when we got there and free Continental breakfast in the morning. Both meals were Great, and you Can take them to your room. The only thing I would mention about the hotel is that the AC was a tiny bit loud, but nothing...

"Had a little trouble from the beginning day. Remote for TV had no batteries. Waited around 50 minutes for staff to rectify. Last day of stay I received a knock on the door around 8 am. I opened and a staff rudely said “What time?”. I replied What time for what? She replied, What time are you checking out? I said I don’t understand why you are asking I have until 11am. She said ok 11am? Whatever. Since when are you quizzed on your check out time. "

"First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed. "
