Fantastisk service og dejligt hotel
Super lækkert hotel med det skønneste personale, og lækre værelser og faciliteter. Vi havde en enkelt nat, da vi først ankom til Bali, og fandt ud af at det var for sent at rejse videre som først planlagt. Tog lidt tilfældigt kontakt til en af deres ansatte som ventede i lufthavnen, og vi forhørte os så om han kunne hjælpe os med en enkelt overnatning, og kort efter blev vi kørt til hotellet og fik et lækkert værelse samt er deres morgenmad super lækkert. Vi skulle kun have haft en enkelt nat inden vores hjemrejse, men da vores søn blev ret syg, var de utrolig behjælpelige med at arrangere kørsel til hospitalet flere gange om aften og natten samt meget opfølgende og hjælpe med alt muligt, samt let at få forlænget vores ophold med flere nætter. Dejligt hotel og dejligt praktisk tæt på lufthavnen.

Luksuriøst pitstop før man tager videre
Vi ankom kl. 1 om natten direkte fra lufthavnen. Turen tog under 5 minutter med en taxa og kostede ~100.000 RP. På hotellet blev taxaen først undersøgt af sikkerhedsfolk i porten og derefter blev vores bagage scannet i lobbyen. Alt skete dog med et smil og vi følte os aldrig utrygge. Værelset var superfint, morgenmaden var lækker, poolområdet var hyggeligt og fitness-rummet havde nye maskiner. Alt i alt et rigtigt fint pitstop før vi om morgenen rejste til Ubud. Ville helt klart anbefale hotellet til andre, der ankommer sent.

Always stay here after I get off the plane from Uk to sleep off the Jetlag. V close, staff are lovely and space is beautiful with incredible facilities. Will always book whenever I find myself in Bali :)

It is in a convenient location for an overnight or short stay as it is close to the airport. The customer service was excellent and the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food. The room was clean but the area is limited for tourist activities and the building is a bit dated. Overall the experience was satisfying for an overnight stay.

Bathroom tiles could do with some scrubbing down. folded paper was found under bed. Bathroom sink plug in/out did not function. You could hear noise from upstairs and next door. I am talking about room no.1102. Thank you.

How this is a Hilton hotel I do not know. The sheets had stains all over them and looked 20years old. The hotel is run down and our whole experience was awful. We booked 3 nights but checked out after 1 night. The reviews and star rating are completely false. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was right off the lobby facing the the area by the front entrance. The room was large and spacious but it was set up for a handicapped person. The really long curtains did not close so the lights from the front of the hotel shined in all night like a cars headlights. Really hard to sleep in such a bright room. Hotel staff was told to fix curtains. I felt it was the worst room in the hotel for a guest - was it because it was an Expedia booking? Probably will not book Expedia hotels again.

Location is literally across road from airport so not too much going on outside if you want a restaurant or shopping, you’ll need to cab into beach walk Kuta . But for a quick hotel before a flight to bridge the gap or on landing it’s perfect. The spa at the hotel is actually quite nice The rooms are fine and neat The carpet in the main hallways is average at best and looks a bit dirty but once your in your room it’s fine. Location PRIMO to airport. You could actually walk to the airport, but why when it’s less than a 4 min drive !
