As soon as we got there he took a picture of us in front of Fuji, offered us a drink in the lobby was very hands on with helping operations. They even had announcements on the intercom when Fuji came out of the clouds. Out of all the places we stayed while in Japan this one was my absolute favourite. "

"Great hotel and very friendly staff. Great food, both breakfast and dinner. Location is also very idyllic, but definitely best if you come by car.
You can make it work by public transport but it is a bit far, and buses don't run late in the evening"

The hosts were friendly and the room was exceptionally modern whilst set in a more traditional guesthouse building.
Meals were also a highlight as they were well balanced and delicious. "

"The hotel and facilities were amazing, and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is a bit away from any public transportation, but the hotel has a shuttlebus, we could use to get to the station, so that was convenient. We highly recommend going here for some relaxation and beautiful scenery. A hidden gem!"
