"Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Very limited facilities, and the property is managed by only one elderly person, making service slow and inconsistent. The stay did not match the expectations created by the listing. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made."

"Clean room and helpful staff, they speak very well and good communication."

"Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour "

"Chambre parfaite.Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Accueil parfait."

"You only use this place if you have to. The place is clean, very clean indeed, but The room is a room with a bed, that is it! The window could not be open. Breakfast was here but you would think twice before you take it. Looked like it had stayed there a long time. Coffee was instant😇. At breakfast no staff was to be seen."

"Hyggeligt lille sted men kedelig by"

"Leider kommt es in Georgien immer wieder zu Überbuchungen mit Hotels.com! So auch hier. Als wir einchecken wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man kein Zimmer für uns hat. Zudem antworten sie nicht um die Rückerstattung in die Wege zu leiten!"
