"The room was pretty; however, the loveseat was torn and unusable as a pull out bed. We didn't need it for that, but for those who would need it, a no go. We even spoke to a lady who was snorkeling that said hers was torn also and that it took 4 hours for her to get sheets for it. That they just kept telling her to call back when her kid only wanted to go to bed. I understand that the staff need to do their best to sell you things, that is understandable. But, we were treated like not buying into...

"Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent. Very old and not maintained property. It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive. At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat. Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that. I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say,...

"I love that the property was about 5 minutes away from the airport. The owner was really nice and easygoing, the environment felt safe. The bed was high which my husband really liked. The place needed 2 kitchen curtains because when it is morning the sun shines through and wake us up… apart from that I would definitely stay again…."
