"It’s a beautiful property on the lake. Walkable to town and we kayaked off the dock at the Inn and had drinks on their dock overlooking the water. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. It’s an old home converted to an Inn so the rooms are not handicapped accessible so know you’ll need to climb stairs. Breakfast was continental with selection of muffins, cereals, cheeses. "

"The property is not waterfront, and I am not sure that it had access to the lake across the street, but the time of year kept that from being a problem. The area was pretty empty and quiet. The property had some work going on with some debris around. Inside had some work going on as well. No curtains would be a big problem had there been neighbors around, but since there weren't any, it worked out fine. The place hadn't been cleaned very well. There were dead flies on almost every windowsill....

"This place was beautiful. It was out of town so it didn’t feel like we were cramped in the city but only 20 minutes from all the food and shopping. We live in the country so it felt like home away from home. Unfortunately my whole family got sick day 2 there so we didn’t get to enjoy the trails."

"To see the 2024 eclipse, celebrate a big birthday and relax and bond with our adult daughters, this was a good place. The owner is communicative and helpful, and we were a good fit as a family looking to have a pretty relaxed time, as opposed to a party.
