"Great location in Eastham near Orleans. Surf Shack Hideaway is not a shack, but rather a very large uncomfortable house to stay in. Would come back again, especially if managed by Heart of the Cape who kept everything clean and had quick communications."

Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

"We had a great time staying in this home, and were grateful to have a warm, dry place to come “home” to after a rainy October day! Lots of space to spread out, two bathrooms which was great, and comfortable beds. Had the essentials stocked and was a convenient location for exploring the area! Owners were communicative and check-in and check-out process was smooth!"
