Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful."

"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"

"The hotel was cute and nice and the staff was so kind and good-humoured. Our room was clean and comfortable, we liked it. The hotel is about 500 meters away from Tarasa Shevchenka Metro Station and there is a cheap supermarket (ATB) very close to the hotel. With nice feelings from Turkey. Thank you!"

"The hostel is really nice, and has a very friendly staff. But it took us over 3 hours to find the hostel. The address wasn't precise and, it is just the name of the mainstreet near by, and it doesn't even have a house number on it. The registered phone number isn't working either."
