This second-floor apartment features beautiful marble fireplace, plenty of natural light, peaceful stay. The river view is accessible behind the building. The Troy downtown area is less than three miles away. There are seven other units available in the building for a larger party.Our units are not equipped to host any animals. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

This peaceful apartment is on the second floor.

The bedroom is set with a queen bed.
The living room is set with a couch that can be used for sleeping.
A rollaway twin cot is available in the apartment.

Public transportation, Uber, Lyft and taxis are available throughout the city.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
3. No pets allowed
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50-$150 late fee.
6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .
