T3 private pool - Paprika -Terrasses de la wallon

Welcome to "Les Terrasses de la Wallon", a property made up of two apartments.

The Paprika apartment, featuring a private pool, is located just a 5-minute drive (15 minutes on foot) from Anse Mitan beach in Les Trois-Îlets.

It includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, as well as a private outdoor area. From your pool, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the sea.

Only 5 minutes away from restaurants, shops, boutiques, and water sports or leisure activities.


The apartment has two bathrooms:

🌴🏖️ You can reach the beach on foot (15 minutes) or by car (3 minutes).

For added comfort, you will be the only ones with access to the pool. It is not shared with the occupants of the other apartment, ensuring you can fully relax and enjoy your stay in this peaceful setting.

Please note: one of the bedrooms does not have a window. The second bedroom has a window that opens onto the terrace.
