"The property was not actually at the beach. There was construction going on at the back. Water in the pool was stagnant and wasn’t being filtered. And there was a very bad smell in the room. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. The only only thong i liked is the staff."

Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel.

"The Itsy by Treebo is barely a hotel. It has the sense of a building under construction, in a part of the city under construction as well. Amenities are barebone and the staff barely speaks English. I was also particularly annoyed because while I was napping the staff barged into my room to install a new TV. That was completely unacceptable as I said I did not want them in the room, and they did it anyways.
I would absolutely not stay here again."
