"We chose Mainstay for the price, but found it excellent and met our needs well. I especially appreciated the later (11:30) checkout, and they were even flexible enough to give us a little longer. Thank you! The room could be a little bigger for having a kitchen and eating there, but it worked out OK for that. Walls are a little thin for noise, but not terrible."

"I personally am handicapped but neglected to communicate that efficiently, there are areas of the hotel only accessible by stairs from the front desk. However they identified the problem, placed my room by an exit with easy parking and brought me a shower chair. Above and beyond in making me feel welcome"
