"Wow, I've never had such difficulty reviewing a hotel in my years of travel. I have chosen to overlook many of the things I didn't like because I feel they maybe wouldn't paint a telling picture for the next person. Here are the things that HAVE to weigh down:
- There was absolutely no gym in the hotel. I got up there and there 2 treadmills, 2 spinning bycicles (i.e. no room for tablet by the screen) and one bench for free weights. This is weighing down an entire star because I chose the hotel...

"This hotel really lives up to its five stars. Everything looks new and clean and the service was impeccable. Location is great, mall just around the corner and free bike rentals if you wish to go exploring a little further away. Morning coffee on the room balcony and drinks at the rooftop bar is a must. Would come back to this exclusive hotel anytime. "

"Es una gran opción para tener una buena estancia a un precio razonable.
La zona es súper céntrica y hay transporte público a sus alrededores para poder moverte en la ciudad.
La gente que te atiende dentro del hotel es súper amable y te ayudan en cualquier cosa que necesites.

Since our last visit breakfast was changed from a buffet style to ala carte which was extremely pricey.
In the room they place waters by the bed but have small stickers showcasing an extreme price of $10 for a bottle of water making it easy to see to late. Intentionally made to have people not notice.
Wouldn't want to return here as the hotel most certainly isn't worth it's stars or the money.
We had a better experience...

We had a very nice stay at Gale Miami Hotel and Residences. A big thank you goes out to Ian, who provided absolutely excellent service – always friendly, helpful, and professional. He truly made a difference in our experience.
Also, a big shout-out to the beautiful and kind Samanda in the restaurant. She was always warm and welcoming every morning, and made our breakfast moments really pleasant.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but instead received a $25 credit to order from the menu. This didn’t feel fair – especially since we had to pay tax even if we only spent the $25.
Housekeeping also left something to be desired. It was supposed to come automatically every other day, but no one showed up, even after we asked for it.
All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel with great service – especially thanks to Ian and Samanda – but there’s definitely room for improvement in the housekeeping and the breakfast arrangement."
"Vi havde fornøjelsen at bo på dette hotel i en studio lejlighed med vaskemaskine, tørretumbler, fuldt køkken mv.
Lejligheden var moderne og fremstod ren og indbydende.
Der er et stort fitnesscenter i ejendommen som må benyttes. Vi benyttede ikke poolen som ligger på 15. etage men poolen var stor og området var indbydende. Hotellet ligger meget central og der er gode parkeringsmuligheder mod betaling i området.
Kan klart anbefale dette sted, også til familier med større børn."

"Vi er en fanilie på 5 og vi har været der 2 gange og vi kommer helt sikkert igen. Lokation og størelsen på lejligheden er top. En god ferie lejlighed med alt man kunne få brug for uden sit ophold.
Fitness/trænings området kunne godt trænge til en lille opgradering. Afhængig af hvilken årstid man rejser er der ligeledes stor forskel på hvor meget sol man vil opleve ved pool området.
Vi var der over påsken og havde sol fra morgen til eftermiddag ved poolen, men her over julen var der kun sol tol ca. 10.30-11 om morgenen, hvilket var øv. Men så benyttede vi de mange lækre strande.
Dejligt sted som indfrier vores families behov."
