  • With a splendid sea view, the Spacious Home in Costa Rossa is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to ten people. Additional amenities include a TV. Currently, air conditioning is only available in the sleeping area.



    Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 offers a bunk bed for two and a double bed. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a bunk bed for two and a double bed.



    The private outdoor terrace area includes a garden and a barbecue, ideal for long evenings dining outdoors with your loved ones. The property is in an excellent location, close to all main services.



    Distance to the beach: 2.5 km (Li Feruli), 3 km (Isola Rossa), or 10 km (Li Cossi Beach). The nearest bar is 217 m away, the supermarket 3.02 km, and the nearest restaurant 228 m. The nearest airport is 77.3 km away.
