"I stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel very convenient in the heart of Carlisle. The room was huge and had a full size refridgerator, a microwawe and a coffee machine. There was a separate sitting group in the room and the bathroom was spacious too. All clean - quiet at night.
American breakfast is not my favorite in general, but I suppose it was pretty good compared to similar hotels. Anyone could find something to eat and drink and the quality of food was good.

"Staff is fantastic! Place could use a good updating. Peeling wall paper with mold behind it in halls, stained hallway carpeting, elevators broken but I was on first floor. Room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping was great. Front staff is great. Star with breakfast buffet was outstanding! Food was wonderful. Still giving you guys a high recommendation but hope you will update.

"Don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside, it needs some upgrading. The inside, while no frills, is exceptionally clean, and the beds are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy drive to beautiful downtown Carlisle. For a night or two, a great value. Will definitively stay there again the next time through. "

"2 day stay with 2 rooms.
Nice hotel, amazing breakfast and bar.
But no cleaning of rooms. Asked 2 times for coffee, towels and water. It came 9.30 pm - but only to one of our rooms.
Excuse for no cleaning was that the hotel was full - they were busy. We got a discount though.
Also water dispenser and ice machine did not work at the 2 floors we were at, also not at the gym.
Little things - but important things.
