Men dejligt rent og afslappende hotel med dejligt spa og restaurant med god mat. Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Rent. Generelt meget stille indenfor på hotellet så det var en dejlig lille oase midt i old town. "

"Virkelig skuffende oplevelse. Vi havde set frem til et lækkert ophold på dette 4 stjernede hotel. Poolen var åben én dag og derefter lukket pga renovering, hvilket var tiltrængt, men var vi ikke informeret om dette inden. Man måtte gerne benytte spa og sauna, men det var meget slidt og der stak søm op af brædderne i saunaen.
Værelset var meget fugtigt, hvilket man tydeligt kunne mærke på sengetøj og gulvtæppe, samt se på væggene, hvor tapetet bulede ud. Gardinerne lugtede slemt af mug og støv....

The accommodation was fantastic too and our bed was so comfortable we were reluctant to leave it! "Fantastisk ophold og excellent service. Virkelig skønt lille hotel med skybar (gode mocktails), dejlig restaurant på 9. sal, og lækkert spa i kælderen. Tæt på Train Street og generelt god central beliggenhed.
Der er en mindre pool med meget få liggestole på 7 sal, som var fuldt booket og deres Gym ligger som et gennemgangsområde til poolen, så det talte ikke så meget til os.
Vi sluttede vores 3 ugers ferie i Vietnam på Aira og selvom vi kun havde 2 hele dage i Hanoi (3 nætter) og den ene blev brugt på en dagstur til Ninh Binh og Incense Village (kan anbefales og bookes via hotellet), var vi meget positivt overraskede. Vi blev også opgraderet til en kæmpe suite på 8 sal, hvilket selvfølgelig godt kan smitte lidt af på vores oplevelse... :-) Men alt i alt et dejligt sted, der også har lokationer andre steder, som vi vil overveje næste gang (fx Hoi An)."

"Vi havde kun en overnatning, men den var også meget god. Det er et utroligt flink og hjælpsomt personale de har. Morgenmaden var lækkert, men restauranten var nok lige til den lille side, hvis man er der fra morgenstunden. Hotellet ligger godt placeret i Hanoi det er gå afstand til det hele."
"Fra det øjeblik vi ankom til La Siesta, blev vi modtaget med åbne arme og et service niveau, vi sjældent har oplevet før. Fra hjælp til booking af turer, deres morgenmads buffet og hjælp fra personale vil vi give 10/10. Location er i gå-afstand fra alle turistattraktioner og blandt masser af gode spisesteder.
Deres on-site spa er bestemt også værd at nævne, det var fantastisk behandling og service.
