Hi June, I’m please you enjoy your stay, I did explain why the door is set up like it is, so guest can’t lock their keys inside( & the door doesn’t blow open if it’s windy) all the information was in your check in detail. I alway recommended that guest, take the time to read all details, not just go to code & get key & try & unlock. I’m sorry you over look the information in your check in details. But it was there, I can’t do any more than that.
