"The hotel seems barely functional. The ice machines are all broken, Beth faucets won’t shut off, stairway carpet is patched with duct tape, complimentary breakfast is only cereal and yogurt, and the exterior is overgrown with weeds .

"Everything about this place is wonderful. It is just great. My only feedback this time is the condition of the parking lot and especially at the main entrance. It was very slippery with a high risk for falls. I think there needs to be some focus on the snow clean up. "
