This charming 55 m² house in the commune of Trémouille can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, a lounge area, two bedrooms, a shower room and an enclosed courtyard. The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, electric oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas cooker, freezer, electric coffee machine, etc.
- Utility room with washing machine.
First floor:
- A lounge with a corner sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD and Video library.
- Bedroom 1: a single bed (90×190), a bunk bed with 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: double bed (140×190), cot, chest of drawers, wardrobe and two bedside tables.
- Shower room with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- An enclosed east/west-facing courtyard of 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Trémouille, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting in the heart of the countryside, so you can enjoy a moment of relaxation and recharge your batteries. In the surrounding towns, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

The commune of Trémouille is renowned for its 300-hectare network of lakes.
- Tourist sites: Bort-les-Orgues dam and Val castle (28 km), Allanche, its summer pasture festival and its vélorail (30 km), Cité de Salers (55 km) and Puy-Mary Grand site (60 km), Vulcania amusement park (90 km)...
- Sports activities: Hiking in Sumène-Artense and Cantal starting from the house, Lastioulles water sports centre and supervised swimming (5 km), fishing centre. Winter skiing at Super-Besse or Chastreix Sancy (25 km)...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
It is advisable to come by car to reach the accommodation.

Nearest airport: Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport, about 1 hour 15 minutes by car.

Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed
- Electricity consumption is entirely the responsibility of the tenant. A meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure (payment to be made on site).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). 2 person set with towels (2 large and 2 small) and bath mat for 20 euros; 1 person set with towels (1 large and 1 small) and bath mat for 10 euros.
- You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (or an extra charge can be made by our local service provider).
