"Casa Vittoria 'er et pensionat i en villa engang var ejet af Litta Modignani, bygget i neoklassisk former i løbet af første halvdel af det nittende århundrede af arkitekten Luigi Tatti.
Det er beliggende i en lille landsby Tremezzo, i en gammel fiskerby (Portezza), hvor du kan finde også den lille romanske kirke S. Vincenzo, og en villa bygget i 1930'erne af arkitekt Pietro Lingeri, en velkendt eksponent for Comasco rationalisme.
Pensionatet er omgivet af en dejlig have med udsigt over søen, og det er tilgængeligt fra søen ved en anløbsbro, der tillader fortøjning af motorbåde og vandflyvere.

Incredible hosts, gracious and assisted our family with plans and logistics. For our group of 5 adults, the house was a relaxing experience. The house has updated bathrooms and kitchen, and amenities were thoughtful as well. Highly recommend this, not only for the perfect location, but the experience of meeting such a lovely and hospitable Italian family.

Beautiful Villa on the shoreline of Lake Como! Casa Vittoria!

I highly recommend this property. It has been beautifully restored and the location is within short walking distance of restaurants, ferry landings, water taxis, and shops. Silvia, the owner could not have been more helpful with arranging reservations and putting us in contact with water taxi owners, private taxi drivers and local chefs. She was wonderful to work with and met us personally when we arrived. The villa is on the shoreline of Lake Como and has a beautiful private garden and we swam in the lake using her dock. The private water taxis picked us up right at the villa. It was such a pleasure staying at this amazing home. Thank you Silvia!!

We were 4 couples traveling to Italy for my 50th bday. This villa is breath taking! What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Silvia is an amazing host. Went out of her way to make our stay her priority. If I could give Casa Vittoria and Silvia 10 stars I would.

Amazing visit to Lake Como!!

We traveled with our adult children and their partners so it was perfect for us. The house is exactly as advertised: 4 nice airconditioned bedrooms, each with their own spacious bathroom (shower water pressure was great!), a large dining room table perfect for cocktails, charcuterie and late night card games, a small fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful yard with lakefront views. There is a small elevator which was great to get suitcases up to the bedrooms on floors 2 & 3. Swimming from the dock was a highlight for all of us!! The house's location is perfect. It is a less than 10 minute (along the lake) walk to the ferry and the town where there are several great restaurants to choose from as well as a great coffee shop for morning baked goods. We had 3 meals in that town and all were excellent with no reservations needed for a party of 7. It is also walking distance to Villa del Balbianello which is not to be missed. In addition to the great house, Silvia is a 10/10 host! The moment we booked I received a message from her with a list of special experiences she recommends and could arrange for us from private chef to a private boat tour. We did a boat tour with Lake Como Water Taxi for a trip around the lake which was wonderful. Best way to see the lake!!! The house was stocked with coffee, milk, bottled water and some sweet treats when we got there. Silvia recommended great restaurants both there and in Milan. We hope to stay at Casa Vittoria again one day!

Perfect in all ways!

Beautiful property, magnificent lake views from all bedrooms. Excellent location, easy walking distance to restaurants, a main attraction historic Villa, and the ferry. Owner took her time explaining how to get to each attraction, best bakery, recommended restaurants which lived up to the hype, happily arranged water taxi, and was responsive when we had additional questions throughout our stay. Loved it all!

Lovely Lakeside Como 4 bdrm home

6 of us stayed at Silvia's renovated 4 Bedroom home on the edge of Tremezzina at the end of April ahead of a tour of Emilia-Romagna. Silvia was absolutely great to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations at several nearby (walkable) restaurants as well as set up a lake tour by boat. She made our check-in seamless with the help of her assistant, Signora Caterina, who also came to help with our departure check-out. The home is as described, and has very nice sized bedrooms with en suite baths, and a tidy but well equipped kitchen. The grounds are lovely and the views gorgeous. The location is well suited for walking, with the Greenway walking trail a short stroll away, and with many small authentic shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The ferry terminal in Lenno is just as close and makes getting over to Bellagio or anywhere else on the lake super easy too. All told we'd all stay here again in a second!

Highly recommend Casa Vittoria!

Situated directly on Lake Como, Casa Vittoria is a beautiful, very clean and well maintained 19th century villa with a beautiful garden, lake access and plenty of space inside for us to enjoy. We found the library off the main floor is a good place to gather for a glass of wine. The dining room is great for breakfast and dinner. The bedrooms all have bathrooms so it was easy for everyone to enjoy private space. The garden is very inviting and definitely a highlight of the property. So green, beautiful and quite secluded. We had one outdoor dinner here and spent many afternoons stretched out on lawn chairs, chatting and enjoying the gardens magical setting. We spent a few afternoons on the boat doc swimming, laughing, enjoying the sun. It is a great place to boat watch! The villa is a 10 minute walk to nearby Lenno where you will find the ferry boat station, the 2nd best gelato stand in the Como area and a few wonderful restaurants. From our first inquiry to the time she and her daughter waived to us goodbye, Silvia was most attentive to our every need. We did not expect this level of service - it was quite exemplary. Silvia made recommendations based on our needs, then made the reservations for us! Silvia is very professional and organized. It is evident that the complete satisfaction of her guests is a priority. We cannot thank her enough. We give Casa Vittoria our highest recommendation, absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return.

Bellissima!

Our party of 7 adults enjoyed this gorgeous villa on the lake with lovely garden & views. Each of the 4 bedrooms are equal in quality & views. It would be very comfortable for 4 couples each with en-suite bathrooms. The villa is conveniently located to visit the best villages on the Lake by ferry or private taxi, yet quiet & tucked away from the hustle & bustle. We spent most of our leisure time relaxing in the lake front gardens. We had a lovely dinner prepared by Chef Eva at Silvia’s recommendation, as well as boat ride, chauffeur and restaurant reservations made by her. Silvia & Caterina were great communicators before & during our stay. We all wish we could stay longer & plan to return! Grazie Mille!!!!

Beauty and Comfort Abound

This location is beautiful, breathtaking setting and stellar amenities but more than that the villa had everything you need, even what you might not know you need! Having the boat dock right at the foot of the lawn, having the beautiful comfortable rooms and it felt like our home in a fairytale. Silvia is an impeccable hostess, supported by the gracious and capable Caterina. This was perfection.

Amazing stay, perfect villa!

This villa had everything you would need for a fabulous time at Lake Como. It was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities. Location was close to ferry stop and has a great town center in Lenno (5 min away). The property owner, Silvia, is amazing. She was so helpful in offering to make reservations, provide guidance, and advice for the trip. Absolutely wonderful!

Heavenly Lake Como Guest Villa

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Vittoria. The grounds, the gorgeous 100 year old magnolia tree, the lovely renovated interior with comfortable rooms decorated in keeping with the vintage of the home & property. We would definitely return. Silvia Antonini is the wonderful owner of this stellar property. She gave us tips & even made dinner reservations for us. We all instantly fell in love with her generosity, care & support. Our stay couldn’t have been nicer.

Sylvia, the owner and Caterina, the caretaker couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Every request was answered and fulfilled. One rainy day we asked where we might be able to buy some board games. That afternoon a stack of games ended up in our vacation home. Don’t hesitate to book this home. It is everything they promise.

Beautiful lakefront villa in Tremezzina

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Vittoria, which is directly on Lake Como with spectacular views of the lake, particularly at sunrise. Silvia is a wonderful hostess who provided detailed directions to the parking area (something much appreciated by any American driving on the narrow roads in the region), where she met us and helped with our luggage. We were a group of seven and the villa easily accommodated us with its four, well appointed and spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and lakeside view. In addition there are a large dining room and parlor (again facing the lake) and a complete kitchen including a dishwasher. We used the kitchen primarily to open wine bottles and cut up cheese, salami, coppacola and focaccia. Outside and directly on the lake there is a beautiful garden with chaises, chairs, picnic table and outdoor grill. The garden proved to be a great spot to enjoy wine and cheese at sunset. Silvia gave us access to her private dock, located in the adjoining villa, which is her private residence. If you can, take a private tour of the lake by motorboat. We recommend Lake Como Water Taxi. Thank you Mattia. Villa Vittoria is convenient to most Lake Como attractions. The ferry stop at Lenno is an easy walk. Mennagio, Bellagio and Varenna are easily reached by the ferry from Lenno. Villa dal Balbienelo, with its beautiful gardens is about a kilometer away, Another villa open to the public and worth a visit is Villa Carlotta about 1.5 km away or two stops on the ferry. Silvia was very attentive to all our needs, providing tips on restaurants and local events. On the day we arrived she made reservations for us at a local spot in Lenno, Santo Stefano. Thanks to her we got to see a spectacular air show over Varenna and visited the Orticolario, an annual flower and garden show held at Villa Erba every October. All in all we had a wonderful time at Villa Vittoria and would recommend it enthusiastically to anyone looking to spend some leisurely time on Lake Como.

Beautiful property with outstanding hospitality

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful guest villa on Lake Como. The view is just beautiful and the outside yard area that we were welcome to use was a relaxing lovely area. There were 4 of us and there was ample room. The furnishings were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses and wine glasses. One of the highlights of our stay was getting breakfast made for us by a friend of the owner. It was delicious and filling and she was a delight to talk with. The most memorable part however was the hospitality shown to us by the owner, Silvia. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, situated, and happy. She provided lots of information about the area and modes of transportation, things to do , and places to go and eat. She made it much easier for us to enjoy ourselves because she answered so many questions. Como was a highlight of our trip and I will long remember our stay there.

Family of 6 Italian Holiday

Our stay at Casa Vittoria was absolutely incredible! This is a newly renovated, clean and beautiful property on the shores of Lake Como, with breathtaking views. Our host Silvia was amazing and helped make our stay perfect. She and the house manager Caterina suggested and helped arrange meals, boat reservations, airport transportation - and Silvia even drove our family up the road to make a shuttle boat to Isla Comacina! We were traveling with our 4 adult children and the villa provided more than enough room, with everything we could possibly need. We spent time relaxing in the beautiful garden and swimming in the lake right from her dock. It was truly the highlight of our 2 weeks in Italy, I highly recommend and we cannot wait to return!

Perfect place for family on Lake Como

We loved this home. The location is perfect and just a short 10 minute walk to Lenno or 10 minute drive to Tremezzo. The home is beautiful- a mix of history and modern renovations. Silvia the property owner was very friendly and helpful. She suggested a local boat company for a tour, helped arrange our car needs, and booked a really fun pasta making class. You can arrange for breakfast to be made at the house and that was also a fantastic treat. Would recommend this to anyone.
