After a three hour drive we arrive at the room with the anticipation that we would have a pleasant relaxing two night stay and enjoy the condo. We had two major issues: The entry code was not working and it took multiple attempts to enter the room. It took us about ten minutes to enter. Finally as we entered the room we were hit with a dirty rancid smell and when we turned the light on we saw cleaning supplies everywhere dirty towels on the floor, the hot tube and bathroom were filthy. We called the contact number and of course we had to leave a message, our contact did call us back and we explained the situation. She apologized but gave us the excuse that the property just changed hands and "the responsibility for this unit landed in her lap 24 hours ago" . I stated that her excuse and the condition of the unit was unexceptible and I demanded a refund, we did get the refund but we also had to scramble for another place to stay on a busy valentine's weekend. Consequently our relaxing two night stay turned into having to jump from one hotel to another. My advice is to beware when you book privately owned units
