You’ll love the cottage’s prime location — right next to Taylor Park (public beach), and directly across the street from Long Lake Grocery, a local favorite for pizza, ice cream, gas and other lakeside essentials.

Treat the kids (and yourself!) to a trip to Moomers Ice Cream, only minutes away, or take a quick 10–15 minute drive into downtown Traverse City for shopping, dining, and wineries. For a day-long adventure, world famous Sleeping Bear Dunes is a 30-40 minute drive to Lake Michigan.

Guests have full, private access to their cottage located on a 5-unit property.

Each cottage has its own patio. 160ft of shared beach frontage with one shared dock for parking your boat. Grass backyard and parking lot are also shared.

We value our guests` privacy during their vacation, but are always available to assist with property management issues or local recommendations.

Check-in (after 4pm) and check-out (before 10am) are done remotely.

Property includes several shared areas and we ask that all guests treat others with respect while visiting.

1: Be respectful of other guests, noise, language, attitude.

2: Ensure boats and water toys are tied up how you found them after each use.

3: Bring all trash to the containers at the road before checking out.

4: No Diving off the docks, please be safe.

5: Always have proper life vests in your boat. Bring your own that fit you properly.

6: Before you leave put dishes in dishwasher.

7: No extra guests. As a shared property we value all guests privacy and quiet enjoyment equally.
