"The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I...

Fairly sparse equipping of gym The inside shade for the room window has an automated switch, which was not marked or was it clear that that was a means by which the blind had to be put down or retracted. It was painful exercise to get that to work properly once we were told that it worked by way of an unmarked, very obscure looking switch."

"They have a wonderful staff and an awesome gym. We stay here whenever we find ourselves visiting family in Spokane. It’s super walkable to tons of restaurants and bars as well as across the street from riverfront park."

"The hotel is in historical downtown Spokane, a little hard to find the parking but we were able too, the hotel is amazing in good shape, old and high ceilings, so beautiful. Breakfast was included and there is an elevator. As a travel agent I would recommend this hotel to my clients and anyone that wants to stay in a character hotel. We will be back."
