"Quick get away with the wife at the Olympic Village Inn. The property is older and currently being upgraded. However, the room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very restful stay and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The hotel also provided a free margarita happy hour during our stay. "

We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and walking on the bike paths to downtown Truckee. These are a bit on the expensive side, but worth a few days. "What a fantastic place to stay! I took my 4 kids and my mom for a single night to visit the area but would gladly book a week stay and would have plenty to do on site!! Crafts, activities, pool, beach, hot tub, all up to date and well managed. We rented the 2 bedroom upstairs unit. Plenty of space, bathrooms were up to date with a bubble tub as well. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was just right. Check in and out was a breeze and I even received an email from the resort after my Expedia...
