The man at the front desk was helpful in making sure I didn't have to switch rooms (I booked the second night last minute under a separate booking) and the room had no issues. "The manager, Tony, was friendly and helpful. Honestly, I was not expecting much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. It was bright and smelled fresh, with a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom was average and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! I was not expecting that, I would love to have that bed and those pillows in my own house! "

"The only thing we couldn't understand is that there was one person at the desk during check-in. If check-in time is at 3:00 then put two at the front desk to assist with answering the phone... checking people in... answering questions from people already checked in.
