"TV Directions are needed with something like: “Input, Portal, Live TV Cable, Guide.” Otherwise, you get “Samsung TV Plus is not available due to a network problem.” The breakfast area TVs were not working since the staff didn’t know how to get them working. The light fixture in Rm. 417 was full of bugs. We arrived at 1 PM and the front desk gave us a room where the sheets had not been changed. We know this because of the back sweat and peanut shells. We were given new sheets to install ourselves...

"First of all, the guy at the desk was perfectly accommodating and helpful. No complaint there. But the hotel itself, -5 stars. This was the nastiest hotel I’ve stayed in since my high school wild days chasing the girls and a case of beer. I booked on Expedia and when I got there, I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for a “nicer” room. I declined and took the room I booked. It was down hill from there. "Be aware that the pull out couch has no mattress, it is a folding sofa and the sleep surface is very hard, do not recommend using it for sleeping. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is good."

"Stayed for one night on our drive through Georgetown. Pleasant staff, very helpful with local restaurants. Room very comfortable. Good location with easy freeway access and lots of local and chain restaurants. "

"Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was super noisy in the hall which was only an issue because I was trying ot work from the room for the day. Great place and close to some good food and shopping for necessities. Thank you! "

"Staff were courteous. Room and building were clean. Bathroom was clean. It was a mobility accessible room and a sliding bench shower chair was shown in ad. However there was only a shower chair in the tub. This was barely adequate. There was a used coffee cup that had been shoved back against the wall between two pieces of furniture. If we are in the area again, we would stay here."

"The property was beautiful and relaxing, with the private lake, manicured grounds and surrounded by majestic horses. The hosts were very welcoming. We even had an impromptu game of Cash Cab at breakfast since everyone says My Husband looks like the Cash Cab Host. It was a fun and personalized way to end our visit there! "
