"The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean. They helped me find my key back and super supportive in everything. The only thing I don't like is about the elevator, which might be inconvenient for walking all the way down, especially for people with walking issues. But, overall, the place was very nice and amazing."

"The location is great and the rooms are so nice! The parking is down behind the building and to check in you have to walk up and around the building. It was dark when we arrived but it was still easy to figure out. "

"Checked in one day early for our cruise, on our own. The second night was booked thru Celebrity. The front desk was able to accommodate us by not having to switch rooms.
Excellent customer service overall and great location for walking and touring the city.

"We weren’t sure about this hotel initially since we were arriving after hours with no ‘human’ on duty. But the experience was awesome. Received code to our room day of arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. I left something on premises and when I reached out they went out of their way to find it and ship it back to me. Very close to Alaska Railroad for train ride to cruises. Perfect for our purposes! Highly recommend!"

"I was looking for a no frills place to sleep before traveling early the next day. The place is as advertised. Shared bathrooms but not a big deal. It’s all well kept and clean. Staff is excellent and super friendly. The area of town is a bit sketchy but the property is very secure. The manager turned out to be someone I knew from my USCG days in AK so that was a nice surprise. Would stay there again and recommend it! "

"It's a good place to sleep. We stayed there on three separate occasions during a two week period. There are what appears to be illicit activities going on in the area but these people never bothered any of the motel patrons. The staff do their best to keep them at bay and the police drive through now and them. Fine place to sleep if that's all you need."

"An older place and a bit run down but the rooms were clean enough. No WIFI and I would not want to hand out much there but we just needed a place to sleep so this worked out well. "
