This peaceful retreat features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, and a welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge. Outside, enjoy a spacious, fully fenced 5,000 m² garden with mature trees and complete privacy, plus a private pool perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.



The house is family-friendly, offering amenities such as a travel crib, baby bouncer, and changing table, as well as private parking for up to 4 cars. Located on the edge of a forest, it’s the perfect starting point for nature walks, hikes, or bike rides.



Just 3 minutes by car or a 17-minute walk brings you to the village of Fayence, with its picturesque streets, shops, and restaurants serving local specialties. The Gorges de la Siagne, 24 minutes away, provide a stunning natural setting for swimming and hiking. The beaches of the Côte d’Azur, including Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, are about 45 minutes away.



The property is entirely yours, with self check-in via a code sent on arrival day. A digital welcome guide is provided with practical info, local tips, and instructions. Cleaning and linens are included. In September and October, pool heating is available for an extra fee. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an extra fee.
