"The hotel is easy to find and has an option for paid parking. The staff at the front desk was very friendly as was able to communicate in English. We stayed in the family room on the top floor with our three boys (ages 16, 13, 9) and they loved the bedroom nooks and the Pac-Man machine. The room was very clean. We were there on a very hot night in July though, and the room was very warm - it could use some fans during the hottest days. We enjoyed getting a drink at the bar and sitting in the...

"Très bon emplacement, devant la télécabine Mont-joie, donc très pratique. Belle vue sur les dômes de Miage. La demi heure de jacuzzi sauna est très agréable après la journée dans la neige. Et surtout, surtout, nous avons excellemment bien mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, très soigné, très raffiné, pour un prix très correct. Le seul point noir, c’est le café! Poudre dans la chambre, pas de machine, et le café du petit dej à revoir… pas digne d’un 4 étoiles "

"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
