Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a jacuzzi for rent in the town of Labège, just 300 metres from the Canal du Midi. It has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV, sofas, etc.
- A dining room
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double sofa bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A hot tub available from April to October for 4 people
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 500 m²

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 cars.

- Nearest railway station: Toulouse railway station, approximately 23 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, approximately 26 minutes’ drive away

- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
