It is accessed via a large 18th century gate opening onto a driveway with low walls of old stones bathed in sunshine and lined with trees. "The Bastidières"
The property is composed of two old Provençal-style buildings connected by a large limestone porch with its steeple, located in the middle of a magnificent park where palm trees and centuries-old pines stand side by side. The garden is dotted with potiches, jars filled with different floral essences.
The large swimming pool is located in a quiet and very Provencal location surrounded by vegetation, many palm trees and a hundred-year-old fig tree. A magnificent decorative wrought iron aviary welcomes you at the entrance to this haven of peace.
We are located in Cap Brun in a residential area of Toulon with a lot of trees and close to the sea 900m (small coves, coastal path and large beaches). One of the two houses is reserved for rent, the other for owners.
The studio is 23 m2 with its private terrace of 15m2 (deckchairs, garden table), its view of the park, its independent entrance. The Apricot studio and the Lierre studio are located on the raised garden level at the front of the property, accessible by a wide staircase of a few steps. The Turquoise and Lavender studios are located on the first floor at the back of the house on the pool side. The terrace is the extension of the living room; it is a relaxing space where you can have your meals in the shade of the pine trees.
The studio is air-conditioned. It has a mixed decoration, a mix of Provençal style with its whitewashed exposed beams and antique furniture but also contemporary style with its equipment :(bedding in 160/200). Its modern kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood and a coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious in the shades of Provence with its enamelled lava tiles. The toilets are separate.
The park is enclosed with 2 automatic gates, one for the entrance and one for the exit. The parking is private in the 3000m2 park.

The property is ideally located with easy access:
-By car on the A50 to Toulon then towards Le Pradet by the seaside via Mourillon
-By the TGV train at Toulon station
-By plane Toulon-Hyères airport 15km away
-By the Seaport which welcomes cruises and several connections per day with Corsica
With its local shops 200m away and an Intermarché 700m away.
You are 3.5 km from the centre of Toulon, buses n° 6 and 23 (direction to the train station) pass near the house.
Toulon is a city facing the Mediterranean and surrounded by the Toulon Mountains.
You will discover its coastline, its harbour, its old port, its marinas, its markets in Provence, its walks by the sea (many beaches) and the coastal path.
