"My cottage was very comfortable for the price I paid. It was clean and warm and the staff was more than curtious in every respect. I was offered tea and coffee, breakfast and fruit regularly. My host Joseph spoke English and assisted me with all my needs even sharing cake, conversation with good advice ."

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!"

"Very nice hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and a pho station. The location is great, right across from the square. The gym is well equipped, and they also have a spa and massage services on site. "Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. "Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend! "
