"We booked sea v suite and they gave us the wrong Room , after asking for the right One the argumentation was they were full.
Defect safety box took 48 hours to fix and the argumentation was the service Staff arw not here.
In Tjek took 60 min since they couldnt find our Pre paid order and was ULTRA confused.

"The room was small for 4 adults, but the huge deck was lovely. Comfy bed, large bathroom. The lack of parking when we arrived on a Saturday was frustrating, and we had to drive around to find a street spot.
We didn’t eat there but enjoyed the restaurants nearby. We also didn’t use the pool, but that area could use some updating "

Yhe hotel was keyless uou had a unique number to enter the building and it was the same with the room so no worrying about keys or card enties the room was clean the housekeeping was excellent. We were so impressed weve booked the same room for 2 weeks in September/October "

"Esta muy bien , no hay personal .pero te daran tu codigo y con el entraras . La limpieza muy bien se nos olvido entrar las toallas que dejamos fuera ventilando y se mojaron con la lluvia . Y una señora mayor muy amable de la limpieza nos dejo otras y nos limpio la habitación un 10 para la señora lo dejo todo impecable , la verdad que muy bien todo muy limpio 👍 y la habitación con una hermosas vistas al mar y al castillo hermoso 💚 "
