The Villa measures approximately 350 square meters and is divided into 3 units (a large apartment with 6 bedrooms and two studio apartments) and is the optimal solution for a stay in company but with the comfort and privacy you desire.
A house with a fairytale flavor, recently renovated, it has kept its history alive by enhancing the exposed stone, the ancient terracotta floors and the wooden ceilings.

- Kitchen: A comfortable kitchen on the ground floor equipped with all major and minor appliances, the two studio apartments are equipped with small but comfortable kitchens and in the barbecue area on the porch there is a new kitchen wall, comfortable and ideal for enjoying unforgettable evenings with friends.
