Dublin 4 - L'Estartit; Torre Vella

The holiday home Dublin 4 is quietly located in the green urbanisation Torre Vella about 4 km from the beach and centre of the old fishing village L'Estartit.
 
Dublin 4 is a very well-kept house with a lovely garden with several seating areas.
The house has 2 floors. Ground floor: entrance, guest toilet, living room with dining area, TV with Spanish and French channels, air conditioning and French doors to the terrace and beautiful garden and the kitchen with all appliances.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms (both with a terrace) and the bathroom. 
 
In the romantic garden you can enjoy a glass of cava with tapas. There is also a barbecue.
 
Not unimportant: the shared swimming pool is only 100 metres from the house!
 
L'Estartit is a lively seaside resort and is known for its beautiful sandy beach where you can undertake various activities: for example, you can snorkel, dive, windsurf, sunbathe or go for a (full moon) horse ride. The centre of L'Estartit consists of cosy streets with shops, souvenir shops and sunny terraces where you can enjoy an ice cream or a tapa.
To soak up the Spanish atmosphere, you can also opt for medieval villages such as Begur, Peratallada or Pals, all within 20 km.
