Villetta Blue Panorama With Private Jacuzzi

Lake Garda is known not only for being the largest lake in Italy, but also for its crystal-clear waters.

Travelling along the picturesque road that connects Torri del Benaco to the mountains, you will find Villetta Blue Panorama in a privileged position that guarantees privacy and a spectacular view of the lake. The villa welcomes you with a fenced access avenue that leads to a closed garage for one car and an external space.

A private hot tub offers a 180-degree view of the lake and mountains.



Arriving at the property, you are welcomed by a living room furnished in the colours of sand and sea with a large sofa and two matching armchairs, and a flat-screen television mounted on the wall. A sliding door leads from the internal living area to the terrace with outdoor sofa and armchairs from which you can enjoy the view of the lake and mountains.

The internal living room is completed by a dining table for 4 people.



From the living room, you access the kitchen, decorated in shades of blue and aquamarine and equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and all the typical accessories.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Blue Panorama Villa offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, as well as a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is perfect for children, with two single beds, a bedside table and a lamp, a built-in wardrobe and a convenient washbasin and mirror.

A bathroom with a complete shower completes this area of the house. From the living area, there is direct access to the garage and a second fully equipped bathroom with a shower and a laundry area.



The exterior of the house consists of a large garden with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day while enjoying the spectacular view of the lake.



HOW TO ARRIVE

From Torri del Benaco, guests climb up a hill for almost 2 km and arrive at the property gate. From the gate (50 m) they will reach the garage and then proceed directly inside the house.
