New Villa With stunning Lake View for 10 Persons.



ARRIVING AT THE VILLA

Driving up the street leading from the Lake to its surrounding mountain Monte Baldo, you will be amazed by the breathtaking view and the beauty of our landscapes.

Villa GEMMMA lies on the hill above the lake in a privileged position, almost 8 km from both Torri and Garda, that offers at the same time privacy and a beautiful private panorama.



The villa welcomes its guests through a gate and a street, shared for its first part with the neighboring villa. Immediately after there is an uncovered parking area that fits up to 4 autos without problems.

We do not have a garage or a covered parking spot.



From a narrow street along with roses and typical Mediterranean plants you will find the main entrance of Villa GEMMMA.

The house, decorated with contemporary design, will receive you in its kitchen and dining area with a fullglass wall that faces the lake and mountains.

The wide kitchen is modernly furnished and has a kitchen isle with 4 stools, for breakfasts or quick snacks, maybe while having a conversation with the family cook or a chef before dinner.

Provided with fridge, refrigerator, gas cookers, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed in order to prepare delicious meals for your family holiday.

You could eat all together around the modern meal table for 10 people adjacent to the kitchen and protected by glass doors that face the outdoor terrace.

Or if you prefer you could use the outside meal table, situated in the arcade with view of the pool area.

The terrace has an outdoor living area decorated with outdoor armchairs and couches and also a gas BBQ that offers the possibility to enjoy a good grill altogether.



BEDS AND BATHS

Villa GEMMMA offers five queen-sized bedrooms.



GROUND FLOOR-LIVING

On the same level as the living and kitchen area is located the Patronal Suite. Through the door, you can access a little private living room and to the principal bedroom, provided with a queen-size bed, a big closet and air conditioning.

In addition to that, the suite has its toilet and bathroom and a private outdoor area, perfect for the first coffee of the day.



FLOOR -1

The ground floor is connected with a wide staircase to the big living room of the underground floor, ideal for spending time on rainy or extremely hot days. This room offers many types of entertainment, from drinking some wine from the house wine cabinet to playing billiards with the option to stay on the outdoor terrace, covered from the sun. The area is then connected to a second living room, with a big couch and television.

The second queen-size bedroom has a bathroom and a big closet on the wall, as well as a beautiful view of the garden and the lake.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two big single beds each and a good-sized closet each. They share a bathroom with a large shower.

Last but not least, on this floor, is located the 5th bedroom, a whole suite with a broad bed and a chill area with a sofa. Its guests can also exit on the garden in front of the villa and enjoy the evening breeze under our sky full of stars.

The house has its laundry, with a clothing washer and dryer.



There are video surveillance cameras in the external areas of the property. The images are not subject to recording..



OUTDOOR AMENITIES



Life is all about the outdoors at Villa GEMMMA!

We offer multiple spots to simply lounge around with the sun on your face, and surrounded by your loved ones, as you relax, slow down, and enjoy the slow pace of nature that you will find here.

The main attraction of the villa is definitely the huge pool with a slide to the deepest part.

On the side of the pool, you will find sunbeds to lie under the sun with view on the Lake of Garda, as well as an outdoor living area.
