Resortet La Torre ligger 15 minutter fra Mar Menor-strande og 20 minutter fra byen Murcia. Fremragende beliggenhed til en golf- eller familieferie. Villaen ligger i en stille vej med parkering udenfor gaden. Direkte fly fra Storbritannien til San Javier, Murcia (15 minutter) eller Alicante (45 minutter).

The property was plenty big enough for 5 adults and 1 child, but could do with updating.1. 25% of the light bulbs were not working.2. Sofa getting a bit tired.3. BBQ area was unusable. Cooking grills not been cleaned in ages and nothing to clean it with. Charcoal great broken and the ash removal tray just had a giant hole in it.4. Outdoor shower head was missing.5. Air con unit in the lounge needs fixing.6. Had to go and buy our own bread knife.7. Very bad sewage smell in the master bedroom 3 times during a 5 night stay.Sorry, I hate to be negative, but these are simple fixes.

This villa is lovely. Great indoor and outdoor areas, lovely large pool, well equipped kitchen and all on a gated community. You will need a car to stay in this villa. La Torre Golf is nice but the area outside the resort boundary is very agricultural so you will need a car to travel to Murcia, Cartegena and the beaches. There is a spa onsite which is very well equipped (and not too pricey) but if you are self catering you will need a large supermarket such as Carrefour. There are restaurants within walking distance (on the resort) of the villa - some have closed down but there we ate at Blue Collar which we would recommend and the Greek Restaurant (sorry I can't remember the name), there is also an Indian and Italian restaurant and a restaurant within the hotel on site. The Irish bar is good fun too. Anne (the host) was very contactable and reacted super quick to the couple of small issues which we had. I would recommend this villa.

Great villa on a lovely resort

The villa was fab. Spacious and well equipped. The pool was really great - even bigger than it looks in the photo’s. The owner was brilliant. Responded really quickly to queries. We had an amazing holiday and found some lovely beaches up and down the coast. The resort was peaceful and pristine and a perfect place to relax. Would definitely return to this lovely villa in the future.

Beautiful villa

The pictures on here do not do this villa justice. It's much lighter & the outside area is big. Pool is a really decent size & was really appreciated (unheated) during our 2 weeks & Spain's heatwave! Trevor was great and answered all queries. The resort has some lovely restaurants & bars less than a 10 min walk from the villa. We hired a car and shopped at Aldi about 20 mins away as well topping up at the Spar onsite. My 17 year old son got his first taste of going out on his own with his girlfriend which I was dreading but the resort is safe & for those living/renting. Really lovely villa in a great location, highly recommend.

Fantastic

Great stay, the photos don’t do it justice, it’s lighter and larger than it looks. Loved that people had left floats, bats, balls etc (which we added to!) Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonus, beds are super comfortable. The only thing we missed was a bread knife! Owner responded to messages really quickly, pool was large and crystal clear, there’s a travel cot, we just took a cot sheet. Didn’t need the air con but there’s a unit in every room. There’s various pools for use across the site but we only used the one at the main bar. The Indian restaurant is lovely, we didn’t try the other restaurants. The coffee shop does lovely fresh cakes, and the shop is a spar and does everything you’d need. It’s bigger than a spar in the uk and has a fresh bakery, meat counter etc. lots of small play parks dotted around. The golf is great but tiring!! Over all would recommend, 10 out of 10!!

Vacaciones en un resort de golf

La urbanizacion es privada, con campos de golf y alejada de los nucleos urbanos. No obstante, tiene un prqueño supermercado y zona de restaurantes. La casa esta muy bien, limpia y con una zona exterior comoda para disfrutar de la piscina. Unicamente encontramos que la barbacoa estaba muy sucia y tuvimos que comprar nuestra propia parrilla. No hay cafetera al uso de España, pero se ve que es una urbanizacion para extranjeros mayoritariamente. El resto de menaje y mobiliario estaba muy bien. En general ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

nice villa in a safe area, really close to the airport. I paid extra for the heated pool. Car hire is essential otherwise a bit secluded from other restaurants. The local area is lovely as is the beaches, 20 mins drive. The kitchen is well equipped. I'm so glad I packed a bit of essentials, enough for a week ie tea, coffee, sugar, salt, washing powder, dishwasher tabs, etc. There is a supermarket on site, a much cheaper one a short drive away. We had breakfast and lunch at the villa, eating out in the evening. Thank you

3 Week Stay Aug/Sept 2022

This Villa has an awesome salt water pool, very comfortable beds, lovely bed linen and towels and a very well equipped kitchen and utility room. The air con in one bedroom failed and the manager and the host organised for a new unit promptly. If there was one critique, it would be that the outside furniture is somewhat tired, however, this did not spoil our holiday.

Stunning Villa

Just got home from a 10 nights stay in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do it justice. The pool is huge and the outdoor entertaining area is perfect. There is AC throughout which was needed in August. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We especially loved having a morning coffee on our balcony each morning. The resort is great with bars, restaurants, live music & night markets. You can walk from the villa to the main square in about 8 minutes. I would highly recommend this villa amd would definitely stay here again.

Villa in La Torre Golf Resort

An excellent stay in a property that suited our needs as a family of 6 perfectly. The terrace and pool were perfect and really helped with a relaxing stay. Suggest the pool heating is essential for late April in Spain. The Villa itself was spacious, well appointed and very clean. The owners communicated well and even arranged for some groceries to be available on our arrival. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful villa and resort.

Went in August ‘18 stayed 7 nights, me, the wife and our 4 kids ranging from 10-17. The resort was easy to find and about 20 mins from Murcia airport. When we arrived we were really pleased with the villa, specifications and overall accommodation. The pool was big enough for all of us to have fun. Villa was clean, tidy and offered plenty of space to chill out both inside and out. Photos do not do it justice. Resort is beautiful and tidy and also plenty of restaurants to choose from. In Roldan 5 mins away beautiful Indian restaurant which we highly recommend for take away, delivery or eat in called “Gateway to India” and they also own the bar next door “Honeys Bar” which serves food but especially a cracking English breakfast. Recommend a day out in Cartagena very historic and beautiful architecture and try out a boat trip. Another great day was the Water Park at Torrevieja but is a bit of a drive. We would definitely rebook.

Beautiful well equity villa in a secure complex.

Just returned from a weeks holiday with a family of five. My partner and I along with our three children aged 7, 9 and 16 could not of asked for more. Having stayed at La torre previously in an apartment we were familiar with the complex and although the centre with restaurants, pub and supermarket are a ten minute walk I would say it's an enjoyable strole. The villa itself is very secluded and modern, the pool and gardens are private and catch the sun all day long. We were concerned before arrival that the pool maybe too small for the five of us but we're delighted at its size and the children and ourselves enjoyed it from morning till night. Having been before we had already visited most of the beaches and sights around so mainly stuck to the resort itself and all the villa had to offer. If you did want to venture further than Roldan the town just outside of the complex you would need a hire car. We decided against a car hire this time and got taxis too and from airport approx 35/ 40 euros each way and opted for a few nights out in Roldan by taxi just outside of resort approx 10 euros each way. There are a few good restaurants there, we would recommend the Indian and Italian cheaper than on site and very good. if your looking for a trouble free relaxing break with amenities on site then this is the place for you. Ourselves and our children felt at ease and we could also enjoy the communal pools if desired. Booking and communication between ourselves and owners representative was exceptional and any questions and responses were handled extremely quickly. We were more than happy with our decision to book this villa for our family summer holiday and are already looking to re book. 5 star and highly recommended !

Well equipped and well maintained. Larger than expected which was a bonus with three boys. The pool was a delight and with friends visiting for the day accommodated us all perfectly. Would certainly hire again and recommend to others. Also on request they provided us with some staple food requirements as we arrived late evening
