"I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Monteverde while passing through the area, and I would happily stay here again. The hotel certainly lives up to its four-star rating. "Hotel Villa San Carlo was a disappointment. The hosts are exceedingly nice, but the hotel itself is in dire need of an update. Nothing has been done in 20 years. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, the bathrooms less functional from the shower cabins to the 20 year old hair dryers. Air conditioning works sometimes, WiFi is sketchy and the breakfast is severely lacking. Even for Italian standards. The same sad hard boiled eggs came from the fridge 3 days in a row."

"amazing location just in the mountains in a vineyard with a lovely swimming pool great kitchen and wonderful food! "

"Lækkert sted, men manglede aircondition"

"Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were excellent. The only minor downside was that the room was a little warm at night, even with the air conditioning on. However, it was around 40°C outside, so that’s understandable."

"Fantastisk oplevelse at bo her.
