Ascending to the first floor of this 3 level house you'll discover breath taking views, a beautifully appointed lounge and kitchen, along with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor is dedicated to the Master retreat, featuring a luxurious king bed with stunning water views and a beautifully renovated ensuite bathroom.
The ground floor of this multi-level home welcomes you with a bright and airy sunroom, offering seamless access to the expansive backyard. This level also features a comfortable Queen bedroom and a recently renovated bathroom. For those needing a dedicated workspace, there's a functional area equipped with a sofa bed. There is also a washing machine and dryer in a fully renovated laundry for your convenience. The backyard is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, perfect for families and pets, boasting a spacious entertainment area complete with a BBQ grill, pizza oven, an inground trampoline, and an outdoor shower.

Our beach retreat is within a 20 meter walking distance to the beach and foreshore, with shops, cafes and supermarkets only 700 meters away. Pedestrian access is via a path direct from the Esplanade. Off-street parking is available in a dedicated driveway behind a gate.
