Not only do we have plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep, but we also have a fully equipped kitchen with enough appliances and stock to make simple meals for those nights when you just want to chill out and cook.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a CN Tower view, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also a recliner sofa available for extra sleeping space!

For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated space setup with a desk and chair for you to use.

The private balcony has outdoor seating which is a great place for relaxation!

An ensuite washer and dryer, 50" Smart TV, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 750 Mbps, and 1 free parking spot are all provided during your stay!

This home is located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge and are just steps away from the city's popular attractions and destinations. * Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.
* For shorter than 28 days stays - Upon arrival, you will need to have your ID and confirmation number ready to register at the self-service check-in terminal located in the building lobby.

* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.
