The Space:
This beautiful condo features a King sized bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, and can host up to 4 guests at a time. There are floor to ceiling windows that showcase spectacular views of the city. There is also a small patio where you can enjoy a drink while gazing out on the skyline. The kitchen has new high-end appliances, and there is a complimentary high speed internet connection.
The building is stocked with amenities! Everything from a gym, yoga studio, to private cabana lounges. But what sets this building apart is the rooftop infinity pool, a quiet cascading flow that seems to stretch to infinity leaving everything else behind, except you.
But what makes this condo really shine is the prime location. Seated in the Entertainment District, where the city's heart beats the loudest, you are right across the street from The CN Tower, The Metro Convention Centre, and the Rogers Centre, as well as all the shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of downtown Toronto. The pool and gym are available to use during your stay , open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Please be advised that the gym is closed between 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM daily for cleaning.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
• For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.

2. The temperature is centralized within the building. It is set to heating from November to March and will be changed to cooling around April.
