My building requires owners to check in their guests. Guests must provide their check-in time, primary guest's ID details, contact information, and the full names of those who are 18+. Additionally, those who are 18+ will need to present their ID upon check-in at the front desk.



Note: there are no laundry machines in the unit and the common area and building amenities are currently unavailable EXCEPT the GYM. In-suite amenities are still available for guest's use.



The Space:

➤ FOR ALL GUESTS ABOVE 18, kindly make sure to bring your photo ID upon arrival at the building or else the security won't let you in. Sorry this is a building policy and we can't get around it even if we wanted to.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ This unit does NOT include parking. However, there are paid parking options nearby.



The Neighborhood:

Fashionable Yorkville is a top destination for affluent shoppers at its high-end boutiques, galleries and design studios, especially on Bloor Street's "Mink Mile." The area features chic cafes, polished bars and fine-dining restaurants. Its posh hotels host Hollywood insiders during the Toronto International Film Festival. Side streets are lined with picture-postcard Victorian homes with ornamental gardens.



Getting Around:

Within walking distance of many major attractions and public transportation (TTC), located steps from the building runs in all directions. Streetcars/buses run frequently, and City Bixi bike rentals are available.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
