We stayed for 5 nights in the Executive Suite at Element Vaughan Southwest and had an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready — but the staff immediately accommodated us by placing us in another beautiful suite until the one we booked was available. This level of service set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and felt just like a home away from home. Every request I made was met quickly and with a smile, and the team truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
Breakfast each morning was amazing — fresh, high-quality, and something different every day, which we really appreciated. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into it.
The staff were the highlight of our experience — warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.
