The host and her family live on the main floor, which is a private area not accessible to guests.

The basement level is divided into two separate units.
You are booking Room B, a fully independent private suite located in the semi-basement.

Access & Privacy

Access is fully independent.
Guests enter through a private side-door entrance with a smart lock, followed by a second interior suite door with its own unique code.
There is no shared indoor space with the host.

Please do not knock on doors or enter private areas.
All communication must be conducted exclusively through Vrbo messaging.
