"Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Maden på hotellet er fremragende og inkluderer endda drikkevarer. Alle som i alle var ovenud servicemindede. Desværre nåede vi ikke deres onsen faciliteter. Det må blive næste gang. Eneste lille minus er at værelserne er lidt bedagede, men det opvejes klart af de øvrige plusser. Kan kun anbefales"

"Toyoko Inn er en kæde i Japan, som bestemt kan anbefales. Personalet giver rigtig god service og er meget venlige, samt morgenmaden er også ganske udmærket. Personalet snakker godt engelsk. Det kan være lidt svært at nå frem med offentlig transport, men hotellet tilbyder selv shuttle-bus til og fra Kawaguchiko Station, så ingen klager. Super flot beliggenhed ift. Fujisan."

"今回で今年4回宿泊させていただきました。 ホテルのお部屋から河口湖を見渡せる素晴らしい景色のホテルです。何といっても温泉からも河口湖が見渡せ、常に貸し切り状態でゆっくりと温泉も堪能できて最高のホテルです。 ホテル内は外国の方もたくさん宿泊されていますが、大変静かで落ち付きます。 また、来年の4月にも予約を取っています。 今から楽しみにしております。 スタッフの方々からも親切にしていただきありがとうございました。"

"The hotel is quite worn down and has more of a hotel-vibe than other ryokans we have stayed at. The onsens however are great and have amazing views. The food and service was really great. The rooms were really spacious but - and this is the reason for my negative review - had a really bad smell. Both the tatami mats and the futons smelled foul. We spoke to the manager, who said he just recently changed the tatami mats, so this issue might not persist. The futons smelled old and moist, like...

"An amazing hotel indeed. The spa area is amazing and the massage chairs are great aswell. Really nice Big room. My shower didnt work so i could only do a full bath tub. Some of the staff was really nice - especially the cleaning Staff and the breakfast Staff. In the lobby it was very mixed. This one Young guy always looked like i was an idiot when i asked about directions or What to see in the area. Yeah that was Odd. The female Staff was very friendly though. I would recommend this hotel. "

"I had a very pleasont stay at Regina. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very good. This was very nice, since I had previously been sleeping in a bad bed at another hotel. I also used the laundry machines. I did not use the onsen, since I have tattoos and understood that Because many japanese guests were visiting the hotel at the time, it was best i did not use the onsen. Though I would have liked to used the onsen, I do understand that there are some cultural history around this."
