"Staff is very kind and friendly. It is close to Suwanabhumi airport. But, I booked this one as it had jacuzzi in the bathroom. It is not really interesting when there are no hot water. Also the heater for the shower was out of function. The water pressure were in general really poor. Under sink the water was leaking badly. It is a shame, it could easily be a nice place.."

"It’s a 15 minute cab from the airport ($6). Massage is good. Room was comfortable. Light in the bathroom wasn’t working, drain in shower was very slow. Overall a good stay. Comfortable Asian style bed."

"Great place. Staff professional. Beautiful quiet garden, down to the river. Perfect pool for kids and adults. Rooms are clean and a good size with Balcony. Busy road infront of the hotel.

"Arrived at the hotel at 10 am for a 3-day stay. My plans had changed and I was only going to need 2 nights so the last night was lost which was fine. I asked them if a room was available for early check in. They said yes, BUT, that would cost me 1000 baht. I told them about my changed plans and that they would get a whole night back. However, they sent me away to come back at 2 pm. I’m okay with the policy but the way they communicated that was absolutely unacceptable. They talked amongst themselves for a while and came back with a negative.
Hotel itself is very basic and under no condition a 4-star hotel. The bed was hard as a rock. No pressure in the shower. Noisy A/C. If I have to mention anything positive it would be the location which is pretty close to the BTS, although you either have to take an overpass or cross a very busy street to get to it.
I will never stay here again. "

The hotel is renovated in 2022 and they did a great job. Rooms, surroundings, service is top.
The downside is that all of this comes with a cost. I believe even with the high standard that it is a bit too costly. "

The room was big with a well functioning bathroom, and nice eating areas, 7-eleven as well as a minimart close by!
Ofc you can hear the planes, but you get free earplugs from the hotel:) We didn’t use them but still had a wonderful sleep with no disturbances from planes!"
